We are all connected... Mind, body, and spirit. One thing that I know for sure is that toxic relationships can make you sick. Deepak Chopra states, "We are the only creatures on this earth that can change our biology by our thoughts".

How often do negatives thoughts change you? The spirit is mysterious. Pay attention to your hormones. Your mood dictates your physical state. He also states, "The brain doesn't distinguish between real experiences and thoughts". WOW!!!!!!!! Our mind is sooooo amazing.
