Inbox Questions from Bii-Lievers

So I was asked by one of my "Bii-Liever's" what I put on my skin. I am going to list a couple of products that I use within my my daily routine when I get up. Nothing extravagant. That's my style: simple and sophisticated.

This is an inexpensive body wash that I love to use. This won't leave a residue on your skin. It also won't strip your body of it's natural moisture.

Make sure that you use some sort of moisturizing cream. I use Nivea because it feels good on my skin. I also use the product because it seems to last without having to reapply constantly. I can put this on without feeling a residue left on my skin.

I was put on this by my babe. I love it. It makes your skin feel extra silky. I love to put this on right after a shower. It has a little surprise in each canister too. The love butter has a stick of cinnamon in it. There are a variety of different ones. My second favorite is the almond cookie. That one has a little piece of almond on the top <3

This is an exfoliating scrub that I use every once in a while. I put a heavy emphasis on every once in a while. Do not over do it. I think that a lot of the time people have issues with their skin because they over do it with products. This can be used maybe once a week to get the dead skin off.

I use this to fade blemishes. I am pretty sure that most of us has seen this in a cabinet or two. I love this because it has been passed down through generations. Cocoa butter by far is the best blemish remover. It actually nourishes your skin as well.

  1. Hi Bii,
I was wondering if these products work for oily or combination skin. I have been struggling trying to get a regimen that works for me, but i either end up with more blemishes or dry, flaky skin..

  2. Hey sweetie, I have found that this works for people who do have oily or a combination skin type. First, you have to make sure that your skin is always clean. Once in the morning and definitely at night. Here is a link to a good cost effective cleanser.

With oily skin I recommend using a great moisturizer that can last. For example, people think that oily skin does not need moisture...but it does. When you neglect it and use no moisture then your skin tries to over compensate and creates even more oil. They have moisturizers that cater to combination skin types.

When you have an outbreak, I recommend that you do spot treatments. This way you are not excessively using products on the unaffected areas.

Lastly, if you do see oil building up on your skin the best product out there are the Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets. They work great. You just blot your skin with them and you can actually see the moisture that was taking off your face. All my friends use them. Here is the link

P.S. Make sure that if you do wear powder or makeup that you are using something that is light on your skin and you are properly removing it at night. Use one with a SPF also. The sun does a lot of damage. The key to success is the right amount of moisture and cleanliness.
